All hobs are charged according to how many burners you have.

Included in the clean you will receive the following:

  1.  All pan stands and burner discs will be placed in my dip tank, but please be aware a small percentage cannot be dipped as they can damage them, these will be cleaned by hand.
  2. All flat surfaces degreased, on enamel surfaces we can use a sharp flat edged blade to remove stubborn carbon, on stainless steel greater care is needed using degreaser and soft cloths. Stainless steel hobs will be treated with my professional stainless steel cleaner. Both surfaces will be polished up to a high sheen.
  3. All Aluminium gas burners removed and degreased around the edges and on top all parts that can be reached using a wire toothbrush, the grease will be brushed away.
  4. Inside the jets we will carefully remove all food particles and with a wire toothbrush gently brush away carbon which we can reach.
  5. All knobs removed (where possible) and degreased. We can then degrease the surface where the knobs sit more easily.
  6. Retrieve the pan stands and burner discs and re-assemble the hob, then ignite all burners to make sure they are working correctly.
  7. Complete job sheet (health check of the oven) hand to customer.
